Manufacturer's WarrantiesMerchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Return/Refund PolicyIf you need to return or exchange an item, please call 949-614-0637 (ext. 4, customer service) for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return. Return for RefundMerchandise can not be returned w/o an authorization number assigned by Dynovo, Inc. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only items in perfect condition or saleable condition packed in ORIGINAL PACKAGES will be considered for return. NO RETURNS will be accepted after 15 DAYS from the date of purchase. If any damage occurring from misuse, such as collision, flat tire, curbing, potholes or projection rubbing and improper maintenance of parts are excluded from this return policy. PLEASE FOLLOW RETURN PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURNS. Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. CancellationsOrder cancellations must be processed before item ships from manufacturer. American Express fees are not refunded to Dynovo (3.5%) and are therefore non-refundable. Shipping and Damage ClaimsIf your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Dynovo's customer service department at 949-614-0637 ext. 4. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 2 days from receipt of shipment. Claims for merchandise damaged or lost in transit must be made directly to the carrier. Delay or non-deliverySeller shall not be liable in any way for delay, non-deliver or default in shipment due to labor disputes, priorities, acts of governmental authorities or other causes beyond the control of Seller, affecting Seller and/or its suppliers. |
